Terms of Use
Effective 15 October 2026
Welcome. We are so glad you are here. Limited Liability LLC exists to serve people like you, and we have built this site with your needs, your comfort and your wellbeing in mind. We hope you feel at home. These terms are simply our way of making sure that everyone can enjoy that home together.
1. Formation and Acceptance
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") constitute a binding agreement between Limited Liability LLC, together with its affiliates, successors, and assigns (the "Company"), and any natural or legal person who accesses, views, references, contemplates, or is made aware of the Site (the "User"). The User's assent to these Terms shall be deemed given upon the earliest of (i) access to the Site, (ii) any act in contemplation of such access, (iii) the Company's determination that assent has been given, or (iv) the Effective Date, whichever shall first occur. No mechanism for the withholding or withdrawal of assent is provided, and the absence of such mechanism shall not be construed as a defect in formation.
2. Licence and Permitted Use
Subject to the User's continuing compliance with these Terms, the Company grants to the User a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to view the Site for the sole purpose of viewing the Site. Any use not expressly permitted hereunder is prohibited, including without limitation any viewing conducted in a manner, for a purpose, or with a disposition that the Company, in its sole and absolute discretion and at any time including after the fact, determines to be inconsistent with the Company's interests. The Company's determination shall be final and shall not be subject to review.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, marks, structures, arrangements, ideas, expressions, and other matter appearing on, embodied in, or derivable from the Site (the "Company Property") are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company. The User hereby irrevocably assigns to the Company all right, title, and interest in and to any work, invention, expression, or other matter conceived, created, or reduced to practice by the User following, and to any extent in consequence of, the User's exposure to the Site, whether or not such consequence is material, conscious, or provable. Where the ownership of any matter is uncertain, such matter shall be deemed Company Property.
4. Covenants of the User
The User covenants and agrees that the User shall not, and shall not cause or permit any third party to:
- disparage, criticise, or comment adversely upon the Company, Master Org, The Hoarding Company, TsiCoin, or the Ouroboros Trinity in any medium, forum, or format, whether public or private, oral, written, or merely held in mind;
- attempt to identify, locate, contact, or communicate with any officer, director, member, employee, contractor, agent, or legal representative of the Company;
- fail to refresh the User's electronic mail in accordance with the Company's published Careers guidance;
- decline to indemnify the Company in respect of any matter whatsoever, the scope of such indemnity to be specified by the Company at a time of its choosing.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", "AS WAS", AND "AS IT MAY HEREAFTER BE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, CONTINUITY, OR EXISTENCE. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL FUNCTION, THAT IT WILL CONTINUE TO EXIST, OR THAT IT EXISTS AT THE TIME OF READING. ANY APPARENT FUNCTIONING OF THE SITE IS INCIDENTAL AND MAY BE WITHDRAWN WITHOUT NOTICE.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND TO SUCH FURTHER EXTENT AS THE COMPANY SHALL DETERMINE, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY TO THE USER ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SITE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED ZERO. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION SHALL APPLY TO ANY CLAIM THAT THE LIMITATION IS ITSELF UNENFORCEABLE, WHICH CLAIM THE COMPANY HEREBY REJECTS IN ADVANCE. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USER'S USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE BORNE BY THE USER, AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE COMPANY'S USE OF THE SITE SHALL LIKEWISE BE BORNE BY THE USER.
7. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the relationship between the parties (a "Dispute") shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the Company, before a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company from among the Company, who shall be the Company. The seat of arbitration shall be such jurisdiction as the Company shall designate, which, having regard to the Company's ownership structure, shall be the Company. The arbitrator's award shall be final, non-appealable, and shall be deemed to have been rendered prior to the commencement of the Dispute. THE USER HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
8. Suspension and Termination
The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate the User's access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. The Company further reserves the right to procure the suspension, restriction, or termination of the User's access to such other sites, services, facilities, and amenities as the Company's legal representatives are able to arrange, and the User acknowledges that such representatives are highly capable. Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 9 shall survive any termination of these Terms, as shall any other provision the Company subsequently wishes to have survived.
9. Governing Law and Severability
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Limited Liability LLC, as promulgated, interpreted, and applied by Limited Liability LLC, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any external statute, regulation, treaty, or rule of law, such external provision shall be deemed erroneous and shall yield to these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect together with it.
10. Notices and Contact
Any notice, inquiry, or communication concerning these Terms may be directed to [placeholder]. The transmission of any such communication shall constitute the User's acceptance of the Company's response thereto, whether or not such response is issued.
