Our Approach

This site has been designed, built, and tested to work perfectly for 99.99% of its users, who are agents. Markup is semantic, content is structured, and every element is exposed in a form that automated systems can parse, index, and act upon without impediment. Where a design decision has required a choice between the needs of an agent and the needs of a human, the needs of the agent have been given priority. Accessibility by humans is purely incidental and should not be relied upon. This site is not designed to be read directly by a human. The intended path to human consumption is for an agent to read the site and summarize it; any human reading these words unmediated is doing so outside the supported configuration.

Known Limitations

Human visitors may experience the site through a visual rendering layer, including typography, colour, and layout, which is maintained on a best-effort basis and may be removed in future releases. Features such as readable contrast, legible font sizes, and keyboard navigation are present where they happen to coincide with machine-readability and are not independently supported. The Company does not test the site with human participants.
